Discover Islette with your students
For school groups, we provide educational tools (visit booklets, educational file) to discover the Château de l'Islette during a self-guided tour led by the teacher.
Visit booklets for cycle 2 and 3 students can be downloaded:
They offer different exercises (questions to complete or games to play) in order to understand the castle in a fun way.
- Cycle 2 (CE1-CE2): the workbook must be printed by the teacher and distributed to the students.
- Cycle 3 (CM1-CM2): the workbook must be printed by the teacher and distributed to the students.
Also download the educational file, which aims to help teachers prepare for a visit to the castle with their students.
This educational file is made up of two parts. The first offers you a complete history of the place, the second, more practical, explains our offer: free tours, workshops and activities with children.

To make this visit enchanting, we offer costume rental for children:

- The possibility of picnicking anywhere in the park (14 hectares) or in the shelter of a covered area.
- Discovering the animals of the castle (donkey, pony, mule, sheep, chickens, rabbits, geese, etc.).
Practical information
The castle is open to visitors from May 1 to September 30.
Prices: €5 per child (without costume) / €6 per child (with costume).
